Cette page s’adresse uniquement aux étudiants en programme d’échange.
Un étudiant d’échange est un étudiant venant étudier au sein de la FDSE dans le cadre d’un accord bilatéral établi entre son université d’origine et la FDSE.
Pour les étudiants qui ne sont pas dans ce cas, merci de consulter la page suivante.

This page is only for exchange students or ERASMUS students. An exchange student is a student coming to the Faculty of Law and Economics (FDSE) in the framework of a bilateral agreement signed between his (sending) university and the FDSE.
For all other students, please consult this page.
Comment candidater / How to apply
Il est impératif que votre établissement d’origine nous envoie un mail contenant les informations suivantes :
- nom de l’université d’origine (pays)+ code ERASMUS (le cas échéant) ;
- noms des étudiants sélectionnés ;
- adresse mail des étudiants ;
- domaine d’étude ;
- durée du séjour : année académique (septembre-juin) ou semestre d’hiver (septembre-fin décembre) ou semestre de printemps (janvier-juin).
Cette information doit nous être communiquée avant le 31 mai (année académique et semestre d’hiver) et avant le 30 octobre pour le semestre de printemps.
Cette étape est obligatoire afin d’être accepté comme étudiant en échange.
L’étudiant recevra ensuite par mail les instructions pour candidater.
Cette candidature se fait en ligne (seulement les étudiants qui ont été nominés y auront accès). Lors de cette candidature en ligne, il faudra télécharger votre learning agreement signé et tamponné par le correspondant international de votre univeristé d’envoi.
Une fois arrivé à la FDSE, vous pourrez modifier votre learning agreement en cas de problème.
Si vous avez besoin d’une lettre officielle d’acceptation, vous devez prendre contact avec nous pour nous la demander. La FDSE ne fournit pas automatiquement de lettre d’acception aux futurs étudiants en échange.

La FDSE propose très peu de cours en anglais. La plupart des cours sont donc en français.
Nous vous recommandons donc d’avoir un niveau B2 en français. Lors de votre candidature, nous vous demanderons une preuve de votre niveau en français.
Une fois arrivé en France, vous devez vous rendre à la FDSE (cf. onglet « Venir à la FDSE ») pour vous inscrire. Cette étape est obligatoire, si cela n’est pas fait, vous ne serez pas considéré comme un étudiant international.
Pour vous inscrire, voici les documents à avoir :
- copie de votre passeport ou de votre carte d’identité et de votre visa étudiant (si vous ne venez pas d’un pays de l’Espace Schengen) ;
- copie de votre carte européenne d’assurance maladie ou de votre assurance maladie privée avec couverture en France qui couvre la totalité de votre séjour en France ;
- vos informations personnelles (nom, e-mail, durée de séjour, domaine d’études) ;
- votre formulaire de candidature en ligne.
Une fois que votre inscription à la FDSE est effectuée, on vous donnera
- votre carte d’étudiant qui vous servira de carte d’identité au sein de l’Université et qui comporte votre numéro d’étudiant. Cette carte vous servira aussi de carte de paiement au sein de l’Université (restaurant universitaire, etc), ainsi que votre certificat de scolarité ;
- votre compte internet FDSE et le mot de passe qui vous permettra d’accéder au réseau WIFI de l’Université et aux différents intranet.
Par ailleurs, vous pourrez nous fournir à ce moment votre attestation de présence à compléter et signer.

The student´s home university should send us an email with the following information:
- Home University (Country) + Erasmus Code if any
- Name of the selected students
- Student’s e-mail address
- Student´s Area of Study
- Duration of the stay: Academic year (September-June) or Winter Semester (September-January) or Spring Semester (January-June)
We need to have those information before May 31 (for academic year and winter semester) and October 30 (spring semester).
This step is crucial in order to be selected as an exchange student.
Once we have received your official nomination, you need to apply online (only students for whom we have received their nomination will be authorized to apply online).
For this online application, you will need to upload a learning agreement (consult here the list of courses) signed and sealed by the international coordinator of your home university.
Upon your arrival at FDSE, you can modify your learning agreement if there is any problem.
If you need an official acceptance letter, you need to contact us in order to ask for it. FDSE does not automatically mail acceptance letters to future International Students in the framework of an exchange programme.
The International Student should bring the following documentation to present upon their arrival at FDSE :
• The original and a copy of your passport or Identifying Documentation from your home country. (If you are not a European citizen, they should present a valid student visa attached to their passport in order to be accepted).
• The original and a copy of European Health insurance card or Private Health Insurance card with coverage in France for the entire duration of study at FDSE.
Deadline for admission procedures : – full academic year : June 15th – First semester : June 15th – Second semester : November 15th
FDSE has only few courses taught in english. Most courses are available in french.
Therefore, we strongly recommend to have a B2 level in French. During, the application, we will ask for a proof of French proficiency.
Once you arrive in France, what you ought to do is go to FDSE (cf. onglet « Venir à la FDSE ») in order to enroll yourself at FDSE. If one is not enrolled, then you will not be considered as international student.
1. Make sure that we have a copy of your passport or identification and your student visa (only if you are not European).
2. Turn in your original and a copy of your European health insurance or private medical insurance with coverage in France for the entire study period that you are anticipated to stay at FDSE.
3. Make sure that your personal information (name, email, months of stay, and anticipated field of study) is correct
4. Make sure that you have correctly completed the online student application for FDSE and that you have sent it.
5. You will receive your University of Limoges Student card which will serve as your university ID
6. You will receive your FDSE username and password which will allow you to access the University Wifi as well as other services.
7. If you need it, give us your attendance sheet to complete in order to return it ASAP at your home university.

Les cours / Courses
Les étudiants en échange peuvent choisir les cours qu’ils souhaitent dans les programmes proposés par la FDSE (de la licence 1ère année au Master 1ère année – les cours de Master deuxième année sont soumis à validation de la FDSE). Il est à noter que la majorité des cours sont enseignés en français mais qu’ils existent quelques cours en anglais (principalement dans la filière Economie).

La filière AES offre des formations associant le droit, l’économie, la gestion et les sciences sociales
Cours de Droit
La filière Droit offre des cours juridiques dans différents domaines : Droit privé, Droit public, Histoire du droit, Droit des affaires, Droit de l’environnement, Droit du sport
Cours d'Economie
La filière Economie offre une formation généraliste en licence et spécialisé en Banque et Finance en master
Students in exchange can choose any courses in the teaching programmes proposed by the FDSE (from Bachelor 1st year to Master 1st year – courses proposed during the 2nd year of Master depend on the FDSE validation). Please note that most courses are taught in french but some courses are taught in english (especially in Economics).
We also offer an European Studies program fully taught in English.
Economic and Social Administration
This programme combines courses of law, economics, management and social ciences. Bachelor courses are available here 1st year of Master courses are available here
Law courses
This programme provides legal courses in various fields : private law, public law, history of law, business law, environmental law, sports law
Economics courses
This programme provides a general training in bachelor and one specialised in Banking ad Finance in Master
